Please read these terms before booking a production with TR Films Production.
TR Films Production provides videography, cinematography, editing and related production services as described on each package page. Package inclusions and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
A date is reserved only after the booking advance is received via UPI, IMPS, NEFT or RTGS. The balance is due before final delivery. Previews and teasers are shared before balance payment; final masters are released on full settlement.
Clients must share accurate event details, venue access, schedules and permissions. Extra hours, locations or deliverables beyond the package may be charged separately after written confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on package and event scale and are communicated at booking. Revision limits are as stated on the package (Custom Production: unlimited revisions for 14 days).
Final films belong to the client for personal or agreed commercial use. Portfolio use of excerpts happens only with written consent. Commercial usage rights for Custom Production are transferred as stated in its package.

In case of equipment failure, illness or unforeseen events, we will make every effort to provide replacement crew or equipment. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
