Clear, written terms - because your big day deserves zero ambiguity.
Every production is confirmed only after the booking advance (mentioned on your package) is received via UPI, IMPS, NEFT or RTGS. The advance reserves your date exclusively and covers pre-production work - recce, planning, crew blocking and equipment reservation.
Cancelled 30+ days before the event: 75% of the advance is refunded within 7 working days.
Cancelled 15-29 days before the event: 50% of the advance is refunded within 7 working days.
Cancelled less than 15 days before the event: the advance is non-refundable, as crew and equipment are already committed. It can be converted once into a credit note valid for 12 months.
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 10 days before the event, subject to crew availability. Further reschedules may attract a 10% re-planning fee.
If outdoor shoots are disrupted by weather, government restrictions or events beyond anyone's control, we reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling is impossible, the advance is refunded in full.
If we must cancel, 100% of all amounts paid are refunded within 5 working days, and we will help you find a replacement crew wherever possible.
The balance amount is due before final delivery of edited films. Previews and teasers are shared before balance payment; final masters are released on full settlement.
