TR Films Production respects your story and your data.
When you book a production or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event details (date, venue, city) and any creative brief you share.
During payment verification we record your UTR / transaction reference number solely to match your bank transfer to your booking.
Your details are used only to plan, shoot and deliver your production, communicate schedules, and verify payments. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
Raw footage and final films remain your private property. We may feature short excerpts or stills in our portfolio only with your written consent, which you may withdraw any time by emailing us.
Master files are retained on encrypted storage for 12 months after delivery, after which archives may be permanently deleted unless you request extended archival.
We follow reasonable security practices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). Access to client data is restricted to the core production team, and payment proofs are used only for reconciliation.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to trfilmsproduction.in@gmail.com and we will act within 7 working days.
